week of 9/23-9/27

I started by creating the border for my plinko board using CAD this week. The first designs weren’t the right size, but I was using parameters so I could easily change them.

After I cut out the new sides I glued them together and they fit perfectly with the rest of the board. I still haven't glued the sides to the base but I will get to that this Friday. I also left open two holes on the side so that ill be able to attack the Archimedes screw to the side of the board after I print it out.

I also had to use the Dremel to sand down the opening since the board was around a quarter of an inch above the base so the half-inch ball couldn't roll down. After I sanded it down though it works now and all I have to do is make the Archimedes screw and design the button holder and acrylic cover.
