Week of 6/2 - 6/6

This week was very short for me since I was only really able to get 4 periods of working. I was sick Monday and Tuesday so I was dismissed and on Wednesday I had to take a Spanish exam. Luckily I am still proud of what I got done this week and I finally wrapped up a few things I had been working on for a while.

Firstly, I completed my library which I wanted to create because I have a few parts that are pretty unique and I would have trouble finding when I looked. I have been using this image for a while, slowly checking things off so it was rewarding to finally complete this.

I had some issues with the library in the beginning which is why it took so long originally but I eventually managed to fix them and move on. I also was relearning how to use the software creating the electronics as it had been a while since I had created a pcb.

I also managed to finish the schematic which was a little annoying as well since I had to remember how I made power and ground one component instead of accidentally making many singular power and grounds for each time it is referenced in the schematic.

I was also able to start work on the pcb however I ran out of time since I did not have a lot of working time this week. It will also be slightly difficult to lay everything out since it has to go in a specific order and wires cant really cross too much. Next week I plan to finish making this and routing it then cutting it out.
