Week of 5/19 - 5/23

This week I was mostly working on creating a library for my PCB since I will be using parts that are pretty uncommon and I will have to make one for the electromagnet itself. I had to take a while to relearn the electronics side of fusion since I hadn't used it for a while.

My breadboard is quite complicated and there are a lot of parts, so I will have to look at them and created different components for each piece that is not common like resistors or capacitors. I also have a few parts that stick out pretty far so I'll have to account for the room they will take up.

We also had the sophomores' sumo bot contest this week, and I helped Nathan to create a bracket for that. I also watched the competition on Thursday which was very entertaining. This bracket wasn't actually used during the competition but it was still something I did.

I had a picture of the schematic that I used to make the circuit and It had all the pieces I would need to include. I listed all the names and I also used this picture in order to account for what pieces I had already created. I made almost all the smaller parts but I still have to make the larger ones.

I also started my schematic and just line everything up but it Is still missing a few parts. I haven't connected everything but I laid everything out. I was having an issue earlier this week but I fixed it by making an new symbol instead of making a duplicate.
